We are a Halal food establishment and source our proteins as well as produce from local vendors and farms.

Rahul Parul Ritika & Ravi - Founding Partners & Owners of Paheli Modern Indian Cuisine – We live in Wayne and have been for the last 35 years. We were inspired to take our journey to the next level because of your love and support over the last 3 years. Blessed with great partners like Srinivas Ganta an F&B Exec from Taj and Nimma Reddy who is also our Exec Chef. He continues to challenge his kitchen team to create dishes to delivery a memorable experience for all.

Chef Nimma Reddy
A computer analyst by profession and chef by passion, Nimma chose to pursue his first love (cooking) and soon found fans for his recipes all across the country. Highly regarded for catering for massive events, Nimma brings his personal flair to Indian cuisine to Wayne, NJ after successfully launching his restaurants in NY, central NJ and Connecticut.
Srinivas Ganta
Our Partner Srinivas is a Food & Beverage Executive with over 20 years of experience. Comes from the Taj Group of Hotels. He has launched many restaurants, is passionate about hospitality, leads our team and we are honored to have him as our partner at Paheli Modern Indian Cuisine.
Chef Ashutosh Kandpal Exec Chef
Hailing from the serene Himalayan region of Bageshwar, Uttarakhand, Ashutosh Kandpal brings 22 years of rich culinary experience to the global food scene. With deep roots in Indian cuisine and mastery over Continental, Italian, Mexican, and a wide variety of international flavors, Ashutosh has earned a reputation as a versatile and passionate chef.
His culinary journey is marked by a relentless pursuit of authenticity, creativity & excellence. Ashutosh seamlessly blends culture with innovation.

Our team here includes our newly appointed Business Operations Manager Aparna who also manages our dining operations, Chef Ashish Singh, Chef Mahipal Singh, Chef Dinesh Singh & Chef Amit Devrani. The flavors you enjoy are due to the love and passion they demonstrate in crafting those dishes.
Jenny
Siriranjini is a corporate professional by trade, and runs a small business on her own. She has a passion for food and the hospitality business, and decided to join us and help launch our restaurant in Wayne, NJ. She lives with her husband and two daughters in Wayne, NJ. We are honored to have her manage our dining and staff!
Aparna Emmadisseti
Aparna Joined us as our business Intern and more Recently took on a promotion as our Business Operations Manager and Dining Lead. Aparna has a Master's Degree of NJIT, very passionate about marketing, an amazing social media professional with a love of the Hospitality Industry. We welcome her in this new role, wish her the very best and hope to challenge her so her experience is rewarding. Call her for any promotions, catering or fund raising opportunties.
Arun Sharma
An all rounder who has been with us for over 2 years and learned many roles both in our Kitchen and Dining. He brings years of experience in hospitality and has worked in many renowned restaurants in Italy, Germany and Spain. He will be spending a little more time at our new location as we build that program and will work along side with Jenny to launch that restaurant.
Alberto Ortiz
A versatile Continental Chef, his adeptness at various cooking styles greatly enriches our menu offerings. His culinary versatility makes him a valuable asset to our team.
